Finally have time to discover your precious trackable which we came across sometime over the last 3000 geocache finds, which occurred from Easter Break on and included two mega events and numerous smaller events. Thanks so much for sharing!

I retrieved the travel bug from 59th View Point cache in Glendale Arizona about two weeks ago with friends from Seattle. These friends were going to take it to Seattle. However, they failed to do so. I then planned on placing it on the very top of Superstition Mountain, but made the mistake of assuming there was a suitable cache in the area for this bug. While the bug made the 3,000 foot elevation change in three miles of hiking trails, it wasn't left on top of the mountain. Instead, I placed in in the "Mexican Monument" cache located in the Imperial Sand Dune Recreation area on a dunes trip this last weekend. I did ride, every so briefly, into Mexico with the bug just so that it could log a visit into another country. I noticed that since I moved the bug it's been found again and hopefully moving along it's merry way. K. Westover

Just now found an old old note showing where I had discovered your AZNASCAR Geocoin/Travel Bug/Tag way back in 2005 while I was in Washington visiting my family. Sorry for the delay in logging the discovery. Thanks for sharing your item with the geocaching community.
