CEEFER CAT

Ceefer Cat (pronounced C4 CAT) has not had a good life. After being disabled in an accident Ceefer was abandoned by his parents.

Now his new owner would like to send him on a once in a lifetime trip around the world visiting as many beautiful places as possible.

He would especially like to go to New Zealand, Canada (now succeeded), South Africa & Peru to see the magnificent Lost City of Machu Picchu.

But his main aim is Chile & to kiss the toe of the Indian on the Statue of Ferdinand Magellan in the main square of Punta Arenas. Magellan led the worlds first circumnavigation. Kissing the Indians foot is said to make your journey home to be safe.

Ceefer Cat was a happy houseguest with us and got on well with the other TBs in our care. He told us he'd enjoyed his previous brief stay along the South Wales coast, so we dropped him off in this cache, which is in the Kenfig Nature Reserve on the shores of the Bristol Channel. We wish him luck on his way to continents afar!

We had to take pity on this poor little guy when we saw him in a cache on the South Wales coast. He'll stay with us a little while, then we'll drop him off in another nice place in the area.

Poor old Ceefer appears to have lost his last remaining foot as well now. He does have one leg left to hop on though :)
