Mad Money is a fun little guy who wants to go to places where he can legally gamble. He'd really like to see Las Vegas, Reno and Tahoe, but is eager to go anywhere he can wager on whatever games of chance he can find.
He says he will bring "Good Luck" to anyone who will move him along and "show him the money" and would like to have lots of pictures of his encounters along the way to prove it. He would eventually like to return to North Central West Virginia where he can share his exploits and maybe retire on his winnings. Hey, you never know. At least, he'll have some stories to share while sitting around the checkerboard with his friends.
