As Bigrock95 was preparing for the Coffee, Pastry and Caching II event, Bigrock95 found this unactivated 2004 USA Geocoin in his treasure pile and decided to award it to the winner of his picture puzzle on the event webpage for Coffee, Pastry and Caching II . Me, along with cook01821, worked collaboratively to solve the puzzle by translating braille to alphabet.
