The crocodile has been licking it's chops waiting for another chance to chomp down on Captain Hook's remaining appendage. Perhaps he will get his chance!

About This Item

Lying in wait.

Since being fed Hook's Hand so long ago by his arch-rival, the crocodile has developed a taste for the good captain. He will keep travelling until he meets Captain Hook! Uhh, after that, well.. Uhh. I guess he'll keep travelling!

Update: 2003-02-25 Well, 'Hook's Bane' came into contact with the good captain a few days ago, but this special Travel Bug has a way of slipping from one's fingers and finding it's way into another cache before the good Captain could take some funny pictures of it and drop it off himself!. As the name indicates, the secondary goal of this TB is to frustrate Captain Hook, so it was on that premise that I expropriated said TB from his office while he wasn't looking. 'Hook's Bane' will soon be placed in an Ottawa cache and once again be there for the good Captain to re-claim! (unless someone else gets it first!) Arg!!!

Found this little fellow minutes before binthair came walking by Gnome's Cairn. Lucky for us since binthair was bringing fro trade a TB we had brought to Ottawa the day before :-)

Hook's Bane will now see some country, coming back to Montreal with us, brewing trouble for the poor Captain on his way no doubt.
