I'm sorry but I found in the cache GC1EHEK Skaly nad rekami - Mala skala the plastic sleeve with this piece of paper only. There was no coin inside unfortunatelly. So I picked it up from the cache. Maybe the GC will appear somewhere later but I'm sceptical.
PS: It is sad when I have noticed the task of the GC was fulfilled not long ago.
