To travel only States and Countries that are bordered by Oceans or Seas. Because he is a saltwater fish he needs to be where he can get to the saltwater should an emergency arise. This guy is a predator, and he needs to be on the move constantly, so don't keep him for long.
If you pull his string you will get an idea of what this guy is capable of doing to you if you keep him too long! He would love to travel overseas. He really enjoys surfers!
