I delivered my son to the U.S. Navy today. Tomorrow he will fly to Great Lakes, IL to begin boot camp. I miss him already.

I am dedicating this TB to all the moms with children that have grown up and moved away. Whoever logs this TB, take a few minutes and give your mom a call. You will make her day!

Did boot camp at San Diego, but did school for Navy at Great Lakes many years ago. Two tours Vietnam, station Pearl Harbour 4 years. Retired out of the army after 30 years! Will move TB South to Lewiston, Id. area!

Grabbed the phone bug on Monday and moved it on down the road to "The west plains open gate" (GCNFWJ) later in the afternoon in the Spokane area. Finding it in the cave was fun. When we got home my wife called her Mom. Best wishes to your son in the Navy. I was in the Army and my brother was in the Navy.

I saw this item and thought someone had lost their cell phone. Glad it was only a tb. Will fix the tag and let my daughter play with it for a while. My mom lives next door.
