Current Goal

Mission Accomplished. This bug travelled from the bank of the Hudson River in Nyack, NY all the way to Silicon Valley and back to the same cache it started in. I will stop by to retreive it on Thursday. Thanks to everyone who helped move this guy along.

This bug's owner moved from Nyack, NY to Redwood City, CA then moved back two years later. This bug's goal is to do the same thing. He wants to get from the bank of the Hudson River in Nyack, NY all the way to Silicon Valley, then he wants to come home. He wants pictures of interesting places along the way.

He WAS attached to a pocket-knife bearing the name of a failed "dot-com." called "buyersedge." He has been back to Redwood City, CA, and exchanged it for a keychain or other trinket for a company that is still in business. He now wants to make his way back home to NY.

    Today I revisited The Rocky Hudson cache, which was one of my first found (logged in December 2001). My goal was to drop off TB Hudson, who started his journey here at midsummer 2002, went all the way to California and back. I think he now has fulfilled his mission!

    Though technically I think he's now in Congers (we entered the park in Upper Nyack!), Hudson has been dropped along the Hudson in the same park as his first cache :)
