I've enjoyed the great taste of Kool-Aid since I was knee high to a grasshopper. Now that I'm an adult I buy the canisters, instead of the envelopes. I also remember the short-lived cartoon (I know that shows my age a bit). Or maybe it was a cartoon special, I don't know.

You can imagine my surprise when I moved to Nebraska and discovered that it was invented in Hastings, just a little over 2 hours from where I live.
