About This Item

Cache Critter ready to travel

This little guy came leaping out of a local friendly to Travel Bugs cache crying that he had been cooped up in there way too long and he wanted to become a T Bug himself. I explained that it's a high risk occupation and said he had been listening to too many tall tales about life on the road while he was in there but he wouldn't shut up. Then I discovered that my daughter was the cacher who put him up in that cache several months ago. So I gave in and presented him with his own dog tag. At first his brown color made me think he's a squirrel but his white stripe looks very skunkish. Since his species is uncertain I suggested Cache Critter for a travel name and he's happy with that. He just wants to see as much of the caching world as possible while having fun with cachers and posing for photos. Good luck and happy travels little critter.

Well I told him it was risky out there! I'm glad to hear that he has survived the alien abduction.

We found it at Redick (GCMPXA). We'll be looking for a new home for it soon. BTW...it's pretty upset about the alien probing. 😎

Found this guy near a very "scary" well, in central Ohio. I think he was starting to shiver in fear. (or maybe just hunger) Anyhow, feeding him, bathing and grooming him, will fatten him up a bit, and get him going on his way again, ASAP!
