About This Item

This geocoin was purchased by my father now in his eighties to commemorate Candy our family cat, who looked exactly like the cat depicted on the coin. Although she died some twenty years ago, she is never forgotten and often talked about. There is a belief that pet owners re-meet their pets when they die at the end of the Rainbow Bridge.

Sadly Dad passed away on the 4th July 2009 and I hope he and Candy are once again reunited.

28/09/2010 - As the coin is now officially lost and to allow other cachers the pleasure of obtaining the icon associated with this coin. I have released a laminated copy of the coin.
