Current Goal

I am the ferocious Green Gator from Bunker Hill Elementary. My owners (two classes of third graders) have set me free. I am on a mission to roam the Florida Everglades, the Swamplands of Louisiana, the islands of Hawaii, and the Amazon. Please help me gather adventurous and interesting stories for my third grade owners. Thanks for your help!
Sincerely,
Green Gator

Sorry I could not get the Gator to another river. He does have a view of another part of the river Aire though.

The Green Gator has found his way into the Valley of the River Aire in Yorkshire, England. He was found in a little village called Allerton Bywater near Castleford. Ironically he was very near the river and not far from marshy and boggy ground although it was a lot colder than the Indiana weather of his home. He seems to have little, if any, sense of direction. He should have headed south from Florida to get to the Amazon! I will try and send him on his way in a few days.

thought I would move it on and put a scary spider in its place.

  • Thwaites Mill This mill is just around the corner and used to make putty. It is now no longer in use and is museum. It used the power of the river Aire to work a water wheel.
