Padlock Pete4 was under lock and key (conbination) at his own cache in Wilton, Connecticut. If you have Pete, it's because a geocacher managed to release him to start his journey. He should have a padlock attached to his chain. While he is in your possession, try and open the lock, Give him some space. He most probably has been locked up for some time! If you are in Wilton, give Padlock Pete Cache a try. There will be another TB waiting to be released.
