Holland Mission - This renamed TB wants to travel to Maryland to deliver the attached Holland CD to 2Dolphins.
9-11 Tribute mission - This TB wants to travel to the three September 11th crash sites; the field in Shanksville PA, the Pentagon in Washington DC and the site of the World Trade Center in New York NY. When its travels are complete the flag should be planted at the World Trade Center crash site.
This Bug seems to be having a lot of trouble reaching its goals so I will clarify them a bit. All it really wants to do is get photographed with the field in Shanksville PA, the Pentagon in Washington DC and the site of the World Trade Center in New York NY in the backround. It does not need to actually be on the grounds of the Pentagon.
New - This TB was created to deliver the Holland CD to 2Dolphins in Maryland. I have been planting caches named after the geocachers that I have met but he moved away before I got around to planting his cache so I am relaunching this TB from his cache to make sure he gets to see some small part of it.
Old - This flag has hung from the visor of my truck since about noon on September 11th 2001. I got it from a local radio station after making a donation to their 9-11 charity fund. I have flown it for a year now and would like it to visit the places where the tragic events that brought it to me took place.
I grew up in Montclair NJ and often saw the World Trade Center buildings from Eagle Rock Reservation. This should be a great park for geocaches so I hope the flag can spend a little time there. It would be great if someone could post a picture of the flag on top of the rock wall in Eagle Rock Reservation with the New York City skyline in the background before it reaches New York.

wtes completed this TB's original mission and mailed the tag back to me several months ago. I have renamed it, provided a new mission and placed it in my latest geocacher tribute cache.

The "9-11 Tribute" TB has reached it's final goal. When I got the TB the flag stick was broken in three pieces and the top piece was missing so I gave it a new stick. In the view from Eagle Rock I have an arrow pointing to where the Twin Towers once stood. The WTC picture is looking from the street down into the pit where the Towers stood. The Path Train is running again and runs through the middle. In the two trubute pictures I have the TB circled.

I live in the suburb on NYC, I should be able to get the final picture that you want at the WTC site.

Team Brakio found the dog tagged bug in the dog cache. We'll advance it somewhere north. It seems to have visited the crash site and the pentagon, despite claims by others to the contrary. NYC goal has yet to be reached.
