Jeffbail's personal mission is for his 1st & last caches within a hundred to be placed by the same person. His 1st ever cache and 100th cache where both mine, so he kindly gave me this coin to say thank you.

On the 24th June 1314 King Robert the Bruce came up against the English army of King Edward II at Bannockburn.
Although greatly out numbered, Robert the Bruce's army fought the English and won, one of the greatest battles in Scotland's history.

The song below was written by the Corries, probably as a humorous joke, as that was their style? But the Scots loved it so much that it is now our unofficial National Anthem.
