Grabbed dogtag for 'Wedding Surprise' back from nwas. Now To travel the world as Mascapone Mouse finding regional cheeses to taste.

About This Item

Mascarpone is a gourmand, going on connoisseur, of cheese.
He is travelling the world to gather material for his thesis in cheesycology. He's searching for, and of course, sampling, regional chesses in all their variety, noting their names and where he discovered them in his log/diary.
Please help Mascarpone on his way. But please, please, do not offend by offering stale bits from the back of your fridge - known in England as 'Mousetrap'.

    He was supplied with 'Cathedral City Mature Cheddar made to a West Country Recipe' purchased from the black & WHite shop down on the A30. Yes, I know it's a branded wholesale cheese but is appropriate for Salisbury and I haven't found a Wiltshire farmhouse special yet.
