    "Barton River (VT)" Red Jeep Travel Bug was released in Michigan on July 1, 2007. On May 11, 2008, while in the Mississippi, and having never traveled, it disappeared - never to be heard from again.

    Until now.

    The physical Red Rock Crystal Pearl Jeep Commander and original Travel Bug tag are still missing out on the trails, forgotten in a child's toy box, or selfishly hoarded as stolen pillage within someone's collection. However, thanks to meandmydogs and her Jeep resurrecting project, the Jeep's ghost now lives on as the travel code is put back into action.

    May the spirit of Jeep live on and travel well, even if now in a different form!
