Photo taken in Woodland Park, Colorado, where we live and close to our home, have a very good view of Pikes Peak. At 14,110 feet (4300 meters), Pikes Peak was the inspiration to Katharine Lee Bates who, in 1895, wrote "America the Beautiful". In the attached photo, Pikes Peak is the tallest mountain, near the center of the picture. Also, Pikes Peak is the site of the second oldest auto race in the US – the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb (PPIHC), second only to the Indianapolis 500. The PPIHC celebrated its 100th anniversary on June 26, 2016. Photo taken from 38° 59.343'N 105° 3.695'W

Grabbed this Jeep with only 16 log entries on it, and will move it along soon. The original is apparently long gone -- now it is a Matchbox Jeep with an aluminum dog tag attached, with the code hand stamped onto it. But it is still a Jeep !
