Our friend Nunnie passed PonyLu to us at a 50th wedding anniversary party in Fredericton. PonyLu had fun at the party. 🙂 We were really interested in this bug when we looked at its map and saw that it had been in a cache we visited in Ireland last year (Lough Corrib cache--In Memory of Edel). We'll move it to the west coast and maybe it can get a flight to Japan from Vancouver.

I entered my find for Aug.12th but I forgot to enter the travel bug number. Hope this is correct. Thank-you Mary Ellen for reminding me. I was happy to pass on PonyLu so that it could move to another location in Canada and get closer to Japan. Nunnie.

Poor PonyLu sure needed a lift out of this area--her shoes would have been far too slippery to make the trek out by herself. She's one cute pony and tempts all who meet her to keep her, but I'll soon set her free to make her way to Japan, as she desires.

Picked up the Pony from a cache that will soon be covered by snow. I didn't think it wanted to stay in a deep freeze all winter.
I have to keep it hidden from my 2 1/2 yr old daughter, who would want it as a toy for herself. I'll be putting the pony into a winter-friendly cache around here in the near future.
