I bet this jeep was in the Immanuel cache for less than 15 minutes. I'm pretty sure neonride93 dropped it off on the way to a nearby caching event and I picked it up as I arrived at the same event.
I am very familiar with the Tomorrow River. I crossed it more times than I can count while traveling between Appleton and the Stevens Point area. I will look for a safe spot to drop your jeep.
