hi! i found the dog tag w/ tracking number for this item when i was nearby one of the "island trails" series caches in portland, oregon. (it was not inside the cache, but within a half block radius.) it does not have the jeep (or any other object) attached to it. would you like me to rerelease it into a cache on its own, or attach it to something, or...?
