Found this in a cache south of Piru, CA. General Grant & The Mad Dog, in whose inventory this currently is sitting, have not posted any Finds on any of the caches we got today, so it seems likely that they dropped it into a cache, forgot to log it and then someone else moved it without logging it, or else they just handed it to another cacher, who moved it without logging it. Either way, the important thing is, this is now back on the road. This Note serves to get this out of their inventory so that we can drop it into the cache in which we saw it.
