While vacationing in Alaska in July of 2007, this Jeep along with 6 others (that were not in my own hot little hands) were placed inside of what we thought was an active Geocache near the Yukon, Canadian border. As of right now, these 7 Jeeps are MIA - maybe one day they will turn up in a cacher's hands... one can only hope! 😮

    • Heading out on a Jeep Adventure Tour We took a "family" vacation to Alaska and one of our trips was a Yukon-Jeep Adventure. Esquimaux, eltural, brerfrog, myself and The Mom and The Dad had fun on our trip!
    • The Jeep TB visits with the "real thing" in Alaska Another photo taken on our Jeep Adventure Tour.
    • Jeep TB with the Jeep we rode in on our trip Another pic from our Jeep Adventures!
    • Jeep TB with 4 of his friends on our Jeep Trip Another photo from our caravan of Jeeps on our trip to the Yukon!
    • Jeep TB heading into Canada - passports - check! Another photo headed up to the Great White North on our Jeep Adventures...
    • Jeep TBs and Our Guide Our Guide (dang it I forgot his name!) walking toward us and wondering what these little jeeps were. Little did we know we were about to find a Geocache that he knew about, but was not originally listed on the website! Thanks to him, we left 7 Red Jeeps near the Yukon Territory border (this one included!).
    • The Family at "geocache #8" with 7 Red Jeep TBs This was the final resting spot for 7 Red Jeeps that we brought up to Alaska - then Canada - on our vacation in July. I my Big Wood River Jeep had as much fun as I did and hope it sees many more adventures in it's travels.

What a long strange trip these Jeeps have had, and yet they haven't gone anywhere yet! That's okay, the mystery of the missing Yukon cache has been solved and they will all be rediscovered shortly. The Jeeps that made this adventure are TB1NRY4 - TB1NRWH - TB1NRYA - TB1NXR8 - TB1NRWQ - TB1NRXG - TB1NVEY. We hope that after this completely unorthodox beginning they will still be able to reach their goals.
