Current Goal

Dizzy Lizzy would like to visit the hot dry areas of the world. She would like to meet up with her cousin Laza Liza Lizard. But Dizzy Lizzy is afraid of water ever since her cousin got caught in the 2004 Florida hurricanes and very nearly ended up in the Gulf.

Found this fella hiding deep within the cache. I guess he was lonely in his new resting place. So we set him on the dash and took him for a nice sunny ride to Southern New Mexico. He seems to have been well cared for, his colors were bright and he looked well fed. We will find a nice new place for him to sun himself soon.

We kept Dizzy Lizzy Lizard for a month because it wouldn't stop raining! Everytime I thought about taking D.L. Lizard out, he'd look at me and say, "Please, I don't want to drown! Give me some better weather pretty please." So we held onto D.L. for awhile longer. It's dried out pretty well this past week and no rain is predicted for the next 5 days so I thought it would finally be safe to let Dizzy Lizzy go.

Took Dizzy Lizzy Lizard from Morse Mania. Since he is afraid of water, he needed to be rescued today. Major storm last night that probably had him clinging to the top of the cache box praying that the water wouldn't rise quite that far! Will move him along shortly in dryer weather.
