Current Goal

Starting in Illinois, the Land of Lincoln, I would like to travel to anyplace with the name of Lincoln--towns, schools, streets, businesses, etc. I would especially like to see (but am in no hurry) the new Lincoln Museum in Springfield, Illinois as well as Mount Rushmore. I would eventually like to end up in Bainbridge Island, Washington in order to be picked up by a young man named Lincoln.

    In the FLORIDA GEOCAC BENCHMARK PROJECT Cache (GC1MVYP), we found the Land of Lincoln keychain along with the attached paper stating when, where, & by whom the tag was made, but the actual TB tag was no longer attached. I searched for this 1 by name in order to leave this note for the owner.

    We were thinking we would put the TB # on the paper & drop it in another cache to keep it going, but wanted to see if the owner would prefer for us to do something else.

    • Grand Cayman tribute to Lincoln OK so not sexy but the only Lincoln-esque tribute I could find was Lincoln Lane in the Industrial Park on Grand Cayman.....so Tribute to Lincoln TB had to visit.
    • And then to 7 Mile Beach And then to the substantially more sexy 7 Mile Beach before being stowed at the Dive n Cache site.....Note the bikini clad hottie that Lincoln had his eye on...but I think she was spoken for.

    I found this trackable in Grand Cayman, in Wreck View Art. I was going to take it to Canada but seeing as it hasn't been recorded he yet, I will drop it into another local cache. I know one that could use some pepping up.

    Never made it to Lincoln yet, but after a long rest, did arrive safely on a tropical island with some of the clearest water in the world. It's beautiful here!
