Released from Dallas, Texas, USA. Texas Geocachers Association. To explain the coin, I am told that the geocachers in Texas had a "disagreement" with the national geocaching group. So the black sheep is to represent the outcast or unfavorable situation - misfits. There is also an old TV show of a U.S. Air Force squadron of misfits called the Black Sheep squadron.

I am grateful to Luckythree for explaining the difference between the meaning of "black sheep" here and in Texas. (To us it means outcast.)

This may also be of interest: There was a television show 30 years ago in U.S. about the "Black Sheep Squadron" (Air Force misfits) in World War 2. The words on the back of the coin are similar to the slogan of the squadron, which was said at the beginning of the television show.

Just to comment flumies entry for the owner: Black sheeps were used in xenophobic posters during the national elections in October. Not a highlight in Swiss history...
