He wants to get out and meet as many people as possible from different tribes all over the world. Everyone who brings “Lonesome Winnetou” to a new place should write, while placing him in the TB-log, a short note, what tribe she/he belongs to. This will help “Lonesome Winnetou” to find out about the innumerable tribes of the world. And the people, who find him, will find out, that they are strangers, nearly everywhere in the world….

Nach so langer Reise scheint der einsame Winnetou verschollen zu sein.

Sein letzter bekannter Aufenthaltsort wurde archiviert. Was mit Winnetou dort passiert ist, ist unbekannt. Vielleicht taucht er ja irgendwann wieder auf und kann dann hoffentlich seine lange Reise doch noch zu einem Ende führen in seinen Heimatcache "Der Schatz am Silbersee"....

Howgh! We are from the tribe of the German-speaking Belgians (very small, friendly, not very well-known tribe in the east of our country, check it out: http://www.dglive.be/DesktopDefault.aspx/tabid-84/186_read-448/).

We found Winnetou in Tour de Perkiets and will try to send him (with the help of some friends going on holiday tomorrow) on a journey to a very special place far away, to our friends the South Tyroleans, a linguistic minority in their country as well. Hope he will get there safe. He will also be closer to the south of Germany then, and hopefully someone will take him home.
