Lutefish TB has lived near Ballard most of his life. While everyone knows that you visit Ballard for the best Lutefisk around (type LUTEFISK in google to find out how it is made) he knows that in reality the best thing about Ballard is a place called Gordos, which has the most fantastic Kraut Dog (with everything, of course). What is the best where you live?

    Well, well, well...
    I can see that Noah's Backyard did not get many visitors because THERE IS A LUTEFISK IN THERE. 😁

    Now that I saved the cache I'll move it along shortly.

    Funny, when I was a kid I had to eat lutefisk at Christmas - all I can say it's edible if it's prepared correctly (still prefer the meatballs and those tiny sausages). I will eat it today if I can have some heavy-duty beverage with it (to dull my senses). However, you'll never see me buying/making it.

    Decided to grab a bug while I was out in AZ for mothers day. Now the fish is making its way back towards the Pacific in San Diego.
