This coin just wants to travel...how about to 2000 caches? This coin celebrates my 2,000th cache find.
I felt it appropriate to put this out as the celebration coin for my 2,000th cache find. I found the cache on 9/12/07 (GC13MAG) in my home town of Pomona, Calfornia. It was a purely spontaneous cache trip; I had a friend in my car, and when he noticed my GPS unit I fired it up.
I had recently done a local caching trip with my pal Webfoot and had forgotten to clear out the remaining caches. Not realizing someone had loaded up a local cemetery with GREAT caches, I was surprised to see a group of caches show up close to where we were. How could I resist?
This is a micro coin in the shape of the old peace sign sticker. I got the chance to see one of the full-sized models of this coin when it came out. This one is cute, too!
