The Tasmanian Devils are in serious trouble. So many are dying from a cancerous condition that is claiming a large percentage of the population. Scientists are desparately trying to find a cure.

My bug is travelling around to create awareness of their plite and hopefully help in the fight to save them.

I AM IN A BUG RACE, PLEASE HELP ME


CURRENT RACE GOAL: Visit at least one US Cache and then to a country that is NOT Australia


Racing Rules:
1. Racing bugs must be logged into at least one cache in the US (in addition to the initial release cache).

2. The bug racer has to be placed in at least 5 caches by 5 different geocachers, and in at least one country other than Australia and the US.

3. Virtual caches will not count towards fulfilling the criteria in 1 & 2.

4. The racing bug may not be posted back to Australia.

5. The geocacher that grabs the travel bug must also be the one that puts it in the next cache.

6. Bug race particiating cachers may not move a bug participating in the bug race.

7. Bugs will be considered to have reached their destination when they have successfully reached a Tasmanian (non-virtual!) cache!

Her is the little turtle in Fargo ND on his way to Moorhead Minnesota just a few miles away. Turtle is almost in Canada. Just a little push north will di it!

I guess the Devil to which the tag was attached has succumbed to the disease the the Tassie Devils are in big trouble with. Thanks to whoever attached the turtle.

I don't know if this travel tag was originally attached to a turtle, but a previous cache finder left a log entry she attached it. Hopefully the turtle will win the race! I have it and will pass it along soon.
