Found this guy in the bottom of the community cache, however I doubt it's sat there for a year, so perhaps someone returned it? Ill do my best to help send it on it's way!

Had to log as "discovered' because 'retrieved' was not an option in the menu since it was last logged as being in Exit-66 Travel Bug Haven. Therefore 'dropped' is not in the menu when it gets put back in a cache. I did place it in community cache CG36R32 on 4-5-14. Sorry I forgot to log 'placed' . Went to community cache to drop another TB on 4-12-14 and going to the outer banks was not in the cache. TB's get picked up rather quick in GC36R32. I hope that will be helpful.
