I thought Anzac Runabout would be a good place for Gingy to continue his journey...
Anzac is the acronym for Australian and New Zealand Army Corps. Anzac Day occurs on 25 April. It commemorates all New Zealanders killed in war and also honours returned servicemen and women. The date itself marks the anniversary of the landing of New Zealand and Australian soldiers – the Anzacs – on the Gallipoli Peninsula in 1915.

ANZAC Biscuits are a sweet biscuit made using rolled oats, flour, coconut, sugar, butter, golden syrup, bicarbonate of soda and boiling water. They are a sturdy biscuit that keep very well, so were baked, and carefully packed in tins to be sent on the long voyage to loved ones fighting abroad.

Awe sweeeeet! Gingy is one of the cutest TBs I've found so far. I thought he should meet some of his relatives while here in New Zealand; His cuzzies, the Gingernuts are a tough bunch of biscuits. Rightly so, as many have fallen to the chompings & dunkings amongst the spread of Kiwi tea-fare, since they are a NZ favourite. Their advice if you see the jug put on to boil: run, run as fast as you can!
Oh, I almost forgot!! Gingy has learned The Haka 😉 check it out! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oulQwIP9VQQ

Swiped by the Freezer Mice... actually this TB was found in a cache not too far from Katikati (in New Zealand) and appears to have been sitting there for a few weeks (having not been logged in), so will place it in a cache in the near future so that it gets a whole lot of miles attributed to it.
