Found him in Chapel Hill, NC, home of the University of North Carolina Tar Heels, 2009 NCAA Men's Basketball Champs!! Will take him and release him at the beach this weekend (if Hurricane Bill does not decide to visit the NC coast). Cute travel bug!!!
