Taking his lead from the “Flat Stanley Project” (www.flatstanley.com), Flat John would still like to document his travels around the world.
So, please take a picture of Flat John with a famous landmark, the cache spot, and/or you, and upload it to his travel bug page. If you feel so inclined, share something about the area where he has travelled to.
John, the Geocaching Pig, is our mascot. He enjoys being part of our geocaching adventures. However, the more we geocache, the more aware he has become of the world, and all the wonders (not to mention geocaches) in them. Unfortunately, we are not geocaching fast enough, nor are our geocaches geographically diverse enough for him.
So, taking the essence of evil genius-ness from some of the geocaches that we’ve done, he devised a plan to clone himself, so that he could tag along with another host, to see more of the world, and experience its wonders. Unfortunately, something went wrong, and his clone was only two dimensional, a Flat John.
