Scottie heading out to work at 06.30am. Sitting at traffic lights at Wairau, noticed the car rego "thepud" and chuckled to self. Then noticed the TB and put 2+2 together. Tried to read the code but found it difficult due to the dark. Attempted to log on the recorded details but these proved to be incorrect. Thankful that "thepud" was gracious enough to amend the wrong code - only one figure misread so not not too far off the correct configuration. Thanks for the brain jog this am, now the challenge will be to see how often we

Seen on Northern motorway, 1430 ish, turning off to Wairau Park. Noticed the number plate first and recognised as a caching name. Yay, thanks for sharing

Pulled up behind a vehicle at Tristrim Ave off-ramp this afternoon around 4pm on my way to drop a colleague home after returning from Hamilton. Couldn't believe I spotted a trackable in the wild! Managed to quickly scrawl the code on my hand before the light changed.

apologies the.pud. this is what happens when you pass your phone to your daughter to log a spotting while driving, using an app she hadn't seen before. :-( i knew she wanted her own car soon, but this is taking it too far! Glad you grabbed it back and it's now rightfully yours again daughter will now be grounded until she's at least 25. apologies all round.
