Current Goal

My quest is to hit the big dairy meccas of this great land. I would like to send pictures of myself back to the kind people who took me in just to let them know I am safe. (Update May 2008) Thank you to all who have brought me this far on my journey… Through this network I have heard of a new destination I must see before making my way back to my home country… the name of this oasis of cheese is Tillamook, OR…I have heard that the people of Tillamook know how to make and value cheese so to Tillamook I long to go… please help me along! (Update July 2009) This adventure has been amazing! I never thought I would every have so many mooooving experiences... I'm so close to Tillamook now, I'm all a tingle! But I've just found out that the Texas Panhandle is fast becoming a major cow hot spot! Land in the wide-open, with an ideal climate low humidity and less rainfall once I make it to Tillamook could you all help me get to Texas!

About This Item

Johan Burgen, (Allie to his friends, no one knows why except Dr. Jones insists that is his name) started life in Switzerland where he happily spent his life singing his song and annoying the tourists. One such visitor captured Johan and wisked him away to the states where he became a gift from Dr. Jones' Grandmother. Now we all feel that it is time for Johan to find his way home, but before he makes it across the big pond he longs to explore this country, and then return to the land of his birth.

Found this cow hanging out by the airport in Memphis and he told me he wanted to go to Texas. Since I was headed there this very afternoon I grabbed him and gave him a first-class ticket to Dallas. Some people we talked to were a little concerned for his well-being in Texas, since they seem to raise more beef cattle than dairy cows here. Hopefully he will stay out of any bad neighborhoods and be on his way!
