Another one that "just vanished": none of the logs after it was dropped off, five years ago, mention it until a year later, when someone posted that none of the travelers listed as being in it were actually there. This is a real shame, as this was a very cool geocoin 😟
So, we are retrieving this for burial in an archived cache of ours, and hope that it turns up, some day. And here's the obligatory "rant" for situations like this...
WE HOPE THAT SOMEONE IS JUST BEING VERY SLOW TO LOG THIS, OR THAT THEY FORGOT ABOUT IT, OR MAYBE DIDN'T REALIZE WHAT IT REALLY WAS; IF THIS IS THE CASE, PLEASE RETRIEVE IT, AND THEN DROP IT INTO ANOTHER CACHE AT YOUR EARLIEST CONVENIENCE. THANK YOU!

IF YOU TOOK THIS GEOCOIN WITH NO INTENTION OF MOVING IT ALONG, YOU ARE A THIEF!! WE OWN THIS GEOCOIN; WE SENT IT OUT INTO THE WORLD FOR OTHER PEOPLE TO ENJOY AND TO MOVE ALONG. YOU CANNOT SELL IT OR ADOPT IT; YOU CAN'T EVEN SHOW IT TO OTHERS WITHOUT RISKING THEM FINDING OUT THAT YOU ARE A PETTY CRIMINAL. WE HOPE THAT YOU GET A CONSCIENCE AND DROP THIS INTO A CACHE SOON.
