To visit anything (anywhere in the States or the World for that matter) to do with space travel...NASA installations and training grounds, museums that have exhibits on space, plants where componenets of spacecraft have been or are made, memorials dedicated to astronauts...etc.

About This Item

Major Erik

We have a longstanding interest in the Space Program and have visited many of the locations. However our youngest son Erik has not been to these places yet, and I would love him to be able to see it from the view of all of you.

Please take Major Erik to anything that has to do with the Space Program and take and post pictures of him there.

He would also like to be photographed with anyone that finds him so that he can remember them.

Major Erik wants to keep moving from place to place. PLEASE DO NOT HOLD ON TO HIM FOR VERY LONG OR PLACE IN OUT OF THE WAY OR LOW VISIT FREQUENCY CACHES.

Hey there. Picked up Major Erik today at Uken Beach. Plan on bringing him to a new cache tomorrow. I think he's getting "rock fever" here on Okinawa. Will bring him by the 1st Marine Air Wing HQ that was commanded by MajGen Charles Bolden (former astronaut) a couple of years ago. That's about the best I can rhink of.

Gosh, can't help him with his space mission but we'll rescue him from the highest point on Okinawa and move him along so more can see him and hopefully help him on his way... for now he's taking a break and enjoying the beauty of Okinawa, Japan!
