Sorry we held your beautiful coin for so long. At the time that we wrote our "found it" log we were in Missouri staying with our daughter who had just been diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic melanoma. Were you praying for the persons holding your coin for so long? We felt the prayers of many people as we cared for our daughter during her final months. She passed through the gates in the arms of Jesus on February 13, 2008. Please check out "Carrie's Story" at www.carrieskids.org to read about her amazing "Christ Centered" journey. Sorry for the late log! Found this coin in a cache on a trip to Missouri. Nice idea! I hope the gates are wide open for us and our loved ones. We're trying. Thanks for sharing and making us pause and think about what's important in life.
