I'm the proud owner of a German Shepherd that was saved from the California a few years ago, she was found in a field and jumped in someone's car. But the shelter said let her go to roam free because they were overflowing with dogs and cats due to the fires. A New York based rescue (Trina & Friends K9 Rescue) transported her to the East Coast and then here to Connecticut. Now she comfortably lives in a big house with cats and assorted creatures- she really loves our bunnies and gently snuggles her nose into their soft fur.
I wish I could tell her owners that she did not get injured in the fire. Maybe they lost everything or they didn't make it...
When our house alarm battery gets low and starts to beap she hides in our shower and she's afraid of fireworks. I love her so much.
She loves hugs and never destroys her toys. She looks right into my eyes every day and is happy 🤎🖤 she has a light tan face just like the GSD on this trackable card
Happy trails to you!
