The mission of this coin is to see Canada and log caches in as many different Canadian locations as possible. 'A Mari Usque Ad Mare' is the official Canadian motto and simply means 'from sea to sea'.
For twenty five years, I served in the Canadian Navy and was fortunate enough to see many places in this old world of ours. Unfortunately, that meant I've seen very little of the country I call home, and I hope this little guy is going to make up for that.
We have ten provinces and three territories - I hope you folks will show me them all. When you log this coin, feel free to upload a picture or write a paragraph or two about your city/town/village/farm/igloo. Tell me what you love (or hate) about Canada. Or, if you prefer, feel free to silently pass it on.
If there is one thing that a quarter century of world travel has taught me, it is that we are indeed blessed to live in a beautiful, tolerant, benevolent country such as this. Please show me *your* Canada - a mari usque ad mare.
