AuntieNae from Milwaukee WI rescued your bug .. it was midnight! The Flood Plain cache is placed exactly in a flood plain. Lucky for us, it was cold enough the water was frozen, although it cracked a great deal as we made our way in and out from the cache. We took all the bugs since this cache will not be possible to get for a few months once spring hits because it will be too wet.
I will add a new mission tag and ziplock before sending it on.
