Bjorn wants to make his way to Lompoc, California.....Eventually.
The raid was a successful one - perhaps a little bit too successful. They broke out the keg of Grog a bit early and, well, cousin Olaf fell off the cart - we're not sure exactly where. All we really know for certain is that he wasn't with us when we got to the longship.
We tried to organize some sort of recovery effort, but the response was a little less than enthusiastic - after all, there were still a few more kegs of grog left... Anyway, someone realized what we'd done wrong, and changed the wording a bit. When we called for volunteers for a search party, the response was a bit more like what we'd hoped for, and we got several volunteers right away. Bjorn is one of those volunteers.
He's a viking though, and as such, he's concentrating less on the "search" part and more on the "party" aspect of his mission. he may not find cousin Olaf in his travels, but he'd like to eventually make his way to where they parked the longboat in Lompoc, California.
Vikings are known for their love of a good party, and Bjorn is no different. He likes to have his picture taken with his friends, and he'd like to have some photos to show the guys when he finally makes it to the west coast. So take Bjorn out and show him a good time.

Found Bjorn in Western Maryland Stony Fissure in Rocky Gap State Park. Helped Bjorn to continue his journey by taking him to BenchMark Cache in Madison Wisconsin.

Picked up the poor fellow lost in the woods. He was glad to get out of that cache.

Bjorn, after catching wind of the legendary "Redneck Mardi Gras" eased over to Solomon's Island, MD for the Tiki Bar Opening weekend 4/15/05 - 4/16/05.
Having completed the quest of the Meade and Bead(s), he is off again in search of Olaf.

Bjorn has made it to California... Maryland. Being unable to make the long trip to the west coast, I at least decided to give him a taste of our own California.
