Sorry I had this so long. We picked it up in Vermont on vacation and then when we got back, no time to go caching! Anyway, I'm an early riser and when the new "insta-notify" feature was started up, I signed up right away. The FTF hunt always fascinated me but now was was I going to sit and click refresh all day long.
So last night while the Sox were losing to the Royals (see, baseball connection) my email went off and I saw a new cache publish nearby. I checked sunrise, 6:02AM and set the alarm for 5:30. Drat, it was already light THEN!
Baseball Boy and I dashed off anyway. I misread the maps and had to slog through about 100 yards of swamp to be greeted by wsax, who had beat me to FTF by about 10 minutes or so. I dropped baseball boy off in the cache and wsax kindly gave me a ride back to my car so I didn't have to slog through the swamp again.
The B-Boy didn't stay long, he was picked up, it seems, moments later by the 3rdTF and is now in his hands.
