Helping the Shriners Hospital for Children in Springfield MA, and the Shriners Burn Center in Boston, MA.
While in the Geocaching chat room late one night I was inspired by a fellow cacher, an idea for a TB. I knew what to call it, but not why it should be. Only later did it hit me.
So I sent out Pah Chit!
Ya know the sound a can of your favorite beverage makes when you open it. That's where the name comes from.
The mission comes from a program the Shriners use to raise funds to purchase medical and non medical items for their hospital. Yes this program really does exist. They collect pull tabs from aluminum cans to raise money. A little effort on your part every time you open a can will make a difference. Enlist your family, workplace, clubs, or organizations you belong to.
