"Lights Out" would like to visit as many caches as possible and collect the signatures of all the cachers it "meets." "Lights Out" doesn't care where it travels, it just wants to keep moving.
The original character I had attached to this TB tag went missing, so here is "Lights Out." Inside the little light is a log for all the cachers who move "Lights Out" to date and sign.
"Lights Out" would like to have its picture taken at the caches it travels to. A photographic journal of "Lights Out" travels is welcome.
