Dominic the Bear

Dominic the bear was activated June 16, 2008 near Oxford, Massachusetts, but wasn't released to start his journey until traveling across the United States by car to the BelleauWay Travel Bug Hotel on June 30, 2008.

This travel bug is named after a five-year-old boy named Dominic who loves bears so much his nickname is bear.

Found this little fella hiding out in a small wooded area in a Central MO subdivision. As soon as we can locate an appropriate traveling vessel we'll help send Dominic on his way back home!

Dominic is now in the Saint Louis Zoo Wherigo cache (GC4B87G) which I created. He will be a nice find for the person that is the FTF on this new cache. I figured a bear was just the right travel bug for a cache related to the Zoo.

Well, hello, little Dominic! We meet again! I first saw Dominic when he was in the hands of my friends, Robcyn in February. They dropped Dominic in a park in the St. Louis area then a week later he was discovered by me in a different St. Louis area park. Funny enough, Robcyn was caching with me when we found him! I'm not sure where I will place Dominic, but I'll drop him soon. Thanks, wmilosh, for a darling TB. He has traveled far! I hope he makes it home to Oxford!
