Current Goal

To visit Pikes Place (the birthplace of Starbucks), Houston TX (the place where I had my first ever cup of Starbucks coffee in the Galleria mall), Pittsburgh PA (where I used to work for Starbucks), and the coffeeshops of Italy/Europe (which inspired Howard to start Starbucks).


Along the way, please take me to your favorite coffeeshop and take my picture with you and/or your favorite drink.

I worked at Starbucks while going to grad school at Pitt, and one day a customer walked in and showed me this piece that she made in metalshop class.  It was a design that was on the wall inside our store.  When she said she could make a few more for some of us baristas, we jumped at the chance.  I've carried this around for a long time now and I think it makes a perfect travel bug.  Please take this token along with you to your favorite coffeeshop and post pics all along the way. The pics can be of the different coffeshops or of your favorite coffeeshop drinks (my favorite is an Americano).  I would love to see a picture posted from the Starbucks outside of Pittsburgh at the intersection of McKnight and Seibert Rd's.
