Nabbed while in town for a convention. Will bring home to Minnesota with me next week.

  • While in SF at Maker Faire saw this interesting VW No nearby cache of sufficient size to leave the coin, however.
  • VW graveyard Then I saw this a couple of days later - like a VW graveyard in someone's driveway. But again, failed to find a nearby cache of sufficient size.

Found this coin in a cache in Radford VA. Traveled down to Floyd VA - second home to hippies. Tooled around till we found a VW Van... and Voila! Pics soon! Now I'll take this coin to Indiana for some more adventures.

  • We knew we would find one In Floyd, VA, the question is not if you will see a VW Van, it is merely how soon and will it be working! Looks like this one was not quite fit for geocaching, unless it was a cache itself... hmmm...
  • This must be where VW vans go when they die! Note to self: Purchase a VW Van and turn it into a cache container in the mountains of Virginia... :)
